Borussia Dortmund striker Youssoufa Moukoko wants to join Marseille in the summer transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano. The well-known and well-respected Italian journalist has claimed that despite having interest from other clubs, Moukoko has agreed personal terms with Marseille.
Romano wrote on : “EXCLUSIVE: Youssoufa Moukoko has decided to join Olympique Marseille!
“Despite bids from more than 5 clubs around Europe, Moukoko wants OM project; personal terms agreed.
“Negotiations underway between OM and BVB on loan deal with buy option clause.
“Here we go, soon.”
Moukoko has been on the books of Dortmund since 2016 and has established himself in the first team after coming through the German club’s youth system. The 19-year-old Germany international striker scored five goals in four starts and 16 substitute appearances in the Bundesliga and played 17 minutes in the UEFA Champions League for Dortmund last season. The teenager scored seven goals and provided three assists in 11 starts and 15 substitute appearances in the Bundesliga last season.
